Dr Ana-Louise Martin, Director. Ana-Louise graduated in 1994 from Otago University Medical School in New Zealand. She has worked in a number of medical disciplines since graduating and is currently completing her Fellowship training in Psychiatry. She has previous experience in designing training programmes for the retail trade, and has a strong interest in medical education and training issues. Ana-Louise believes that creativity is an essential component of practising the art of medicine. The impetus behind the development of Medical Drama comes from a love of the performing arts and a desire to assist doctors to experience their own creativity and thus enhance their practice of medicine. |

Peter Eyers, Creative Director/Workshop Facilitator. Peter is a graduate of the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts. He worked as an actor for 11 years before taking up the position of ‘Head of Acting’ at The McDonald College of Performing Arts, Sydney, in 2006. He has taught at The Actor’s Centre, WAAPA, and Australian Theatre for Young People. |

Yure Covich, Workshop Facilitator. Yure is a graduate of The National Institute of Dramatic Art. His teaching experience encompasses work with Aboriginal communities in the Pilbara Desert to training teachers in Spain. He has worked regularly as a tutor at NIDA and continues to act and direct around Australia. |
